Disney, Easter, Birthday Parties, And the Last Day of School!

What a busy 30 days! It has been filled with Disney Vacations, Birthday Parties, School Fun and the last Day of of School as a Kindergartner for Emma! We have been blessed beyond measure and even though our lives have been busy and hectic we have had some awesome moments as well....here are some of them below!

On our first day at Disney Emma and I attended a Princess Tea, just the two of us, and although pricey it was well worth the memories made with my girl! In this picture Emma is being crowned and "petaled" from Princess Rose Petal from sleeping beauty to start off our tea!

I took pictures for days of Emma at the party (but decided I wouldn't bore you with them all) but there was stories, music, dancing, dolls for each girl, tea, food, and an awesome princess cake to top it off...then a parade of princesses through the hotel. We LOVED IT!

Of course we had to join the street dance party!! Go Kinsley go!

Our trip would not have been complete with out a trip to the potato head store to fill up our box of potato goodies!

And here is Emma with all her Disney Loot! We had a great family trip. I could fill you full of Disney week pictures but I will stop here...

We got home just in time to color Easter Eggs at Grandma's for Easter!

Opening her basket Easter Morning filled with NO candy....I know she eats none of it! Totally does not take after me on this one.

And we topped off our Easter with Dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's and an Easter Egg Hunt.

Now it is time for some Birthday Party Fun. Sweet Carlie turned 6 and Emma was invited to her fun pajama party!

And now on to the next Birthday Party! Colton and Tucker had a fun Birthday at the park. Emma loves these boys and was very excited to go to their party!

4 MONTHS IN REVIEW...

Yes. I said it 4 months! Gee I said last post I was going to do better but life happens... so we are just going to give you some "snipits" of Emma's past 4 months...starting with December

This year was our first visit from our Elf on the Shelf Ellie....boy was she a sneaky little something.

Emma and Kinsley at our annual Christmas Ornament/Exchange dinner at Aunt Sue's and Uncle Mikes's ..ALWAYS a good time with family.

Emma made a trip to Baby Land General, for her very first Cabbage Patch doll...Welcome to the family Libby Elaine.

We had breakfast with Santa with family at Grandma's work...and this is also a great shot of the gravel burn she has from her BIG wheel chair accident at school :(

And now to Granny's for the Reindeer Games!

No Reindeer games would be complete with out pulling "Santa Poppa"  in the sleigh! Gotta love Granny's imagination.

And they ended their day with a cousin ride on the golf cart.

that the perfectly good little kitchen goes to Kinsley for another round of good use!

And then the LONG trek to Grandma and Grandpa's for more Christmas morning fun..

To round out the year we got a visit from some of my besties from school days...and their sweet kids!

Emma ended out 2011 with one of her favs' Madelyn at the  Shipwrecked Chipmunk Movie and..

a get together with our house with our closest family and dearest friends

What a Blessed 2011 we had!!

Our 2012 got off to a rocky start, my Papa passed away right at the beginning of the year. Even though he lived a long, fruitful and wonderful life it does not making losing a member of your family any easier...the not so good news just seemed to keep coming in from there. BUT we are family who perseveres and believes in the power of prayer, we face our battles head on and move ahead. We miss our Papa dearly...Emma refers to him as her Strawberry buddy...but we know he has joined those of our family that have passed before and is looking down grinning at the hard time Emma is giving us with all her sassiness and bossyness every day.....

And here is a good shot of the "sassy" Emma got her hair cut at the begining of the year.

And her and Jeremy attended their first Daddy Daughter Date and Chik-Filet, minus the dressed up Cows...which was not such a hit with Emma... they had a really good time!

And I could not wait for them to get home to tell me all about it...Jeremy is a #1 Daddy in my book!

In March we took a long weekend family vacation to Tybee....
